About Dr. Jackie

Dr. Jacqueline Gattis

I am a licensed clinical psychologist (CA PSY22045). I received my training at Rosemead School of Psychology in La Mirada, CA. During my training, I worked in counseling centers and in several social service agencies. I gained experience with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with issues from life transitions to chronic mental health problems. After graduation, I began to specialize in eating disorders. For several years, I worked as a therapist and program director at Center for Discovery & Adolescent Change, a residential facility for adolescents with eating disorders. At the center, I provided individual, family, and educational and process group therapy. I also supervised training therapists. Currently, I work in private practice with adolescents and adults who experience various concerns. I continue to supervise training therapists, including early-career professionals specializing in eating disorders and students beginning their generalized clinical training. I also specialize in working with clients experiencing spiritual issues.
